Job Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with domestic and global executives alongside the Salesforce Delivery Head and support them.
- As an offshore manager across multiple hybrid systems, handle:
- Personnel procurement
- Training
- Implementation management
- Introduce global capabilities to new customers.
- Gather information on the latest global case studies and develop strategies to appeal to the Japanese market.
- Collaborate frequently with global teams and management.
- Manage the portfolio of the Japan offshore unit as part of the future career path.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Salesforce experience.
- Over 3 years of management experience.
Languages Required: Fluent level Japanese and Business level English.
