We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and hands-on experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI/Agent capabilities), along with exposure to other Salesforce clouds. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and delivery for enterprise-scale projects
- Architect and implement scalable solutions using Service Cloud and Agentforce
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
- Drive implementation of AI-driven automation and agent-based workflows (Agentforce)
- Optimize Service Cloud features such as case management, knowledge base, omnichannel routing, and automation
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce quality standards
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware
- Stay updated with new Salesforce releases, especially in AI and automation capabilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 9–12 years of IT experience, with 6+ years in Salesforce
- Strong hands-on experience with: Salesforce Service Cloud Agentforce / Einstein AI / Salesforce AI capabilities
- Expertise in: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP) Data modeling and security model implementation
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limits and best practices
- Proven experience in leading teams and delivering complex Salesforce projects
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud Experience Cloud Marketing Cloud Data Cloud
- Salesforce certifications (one or more): Salesforce Certified Application/Platform Architect Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce AI / Einstein-related certifications
- Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, CI/CD pipelines)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
