Job Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end consulting and implementation support for SAP implementation and maintenance/operations projects, including:
- Business analysis
- Requirements definition
- Solution proposals
- Design
- Development support
- Testing
- Production operation support
- Analyze customer business/system challenges and propose business reforms and system optimization using SAP standard functions.
- For new implementations, handle:
- Fit & gap analysis
- Business process design
- System construction
- Testing
- Production migration and adoption support
- Coordinate requirements with customer representatives and related departments.
- Manage issues, track progress, and control vendors.
- Depending on experience, take responsibility for overall project management and customer proposal activities as a Consultant, Leader, or Project Manager.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP or ERP system implementation or AMS.
- Experience across all phases of ERP maintenance/operations or implementation projects for:
- FI
- CO
- SD
- MM
- PP
- S/4HANA
Preferred Skills:
- SAP certification / SAP Certified Consultant qualification
- Business knowledge in:
- Accounting
- Logistics
- Production
- Human Resources
- BI
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge for HANA projects.
- Experience supporting offshore development.
Languages Required: Fluent level Japanese and Business level English.
