This department provides solutions centered on mobile services for corporate clients. You will join us as a core member to drive business expansion.
- Mobile services
- Fixed-line network services

- In-house developed services within the Rakuten Group

Position:

Position Details

You will be responsible for the overall promotion of our services toward monetization. This includes creating service revenue simulations and developing sales structures for new services prepared by the service design team.

You will support Sales, SE, and Marketing teams to accelerate sales by identifying target corporate customer segments, formulating sales plans, and creating templates for proposal materials.
You may also accompany sales teams during initial customer engagement activities.


- Coordination and negotiation with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, SE, and Executives)
- Coordination and negotiation with external parties (cooperation partners, material vendors)

- Business viability assessment, P&L (Profit and Loss) projection, cost-benefit analysis, and preparation of materials for investment decision-making
- Creation of planning documents, proposals, sales promotion materials, etc.

You will lead DX strategies and problem-solving by building consensus among a diverse range of stakeholders, including management, development, sales, and promotion teams. With opportunities such as weekly presentations to executive leadership, you will be deeply involved at the heart of the business. This is a highly rewarding role where you can drive the "entire service" with a strong sense of ownership, rather than just handling a isolated segment of the work.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- 3+ years of practical experience in the IT industry
- Experience in B2B solution sales
- Ability to conduct business within Japan
- Experience working in Japan and holding a valid status of residence that allows for employment
- Business-level or higher Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, and fluent conversation)
- Ability to work from the office at least 4 days a week
