Job Overview
Leads technical domain of singe/ multiple strategic development projects from initial ideation to final production.
Job Requirements
- Responsible for managing and design finalization for new/ breakthrough projects.
- Responsible for implementing projects on time, Design for cost and First time right.
- Ensuring project management responsibilities are handled in absence of the team leader/ project manager (For Advanced Development projects).
- Contributing to department level technology and product decisions.
- Hands on experience in working with global cross functional teams to execute NPI projects
- Training and supporting junior engineers in the department in the technical knowledge of the product domain.
- Driving innovation culture.
- Guide team with ongoing technical support and coaching during progress of project.
- Develops a knowledge sharing environment which allows employees to share challenges they are facing and obtain appropriate support.
- Support to create technology road maps.
What your background should look like
- BTECH in mechanical/ electrical engineering with minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- MTech in mechanical/ electrical engineering with minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Hands on experience to drive new product development, VAVE and high-speed connector designing capability.
