本ポジションでは、Architecture, Engineering and Construction（AEC）業界における高い技術経験、Autodesk ソリューションに関する深い専門知識、そして AI を活用したワークフローへの強い関心と理解を持つプロフェッショナルを求めています。理想的な候補者は、AEC 領域において AI 技術の探索・検証・活用、または導入支援・助言を行った実践的な経験を有しています。
大規模な顧客環境で幅広い技術を支援した経験を持ち、戦略顧客に対して Autodesk ソリューション、特に AI 活用型ワークフローの導入・定着を支援できる方を求めています。本ポジションでは、実務に基づく高い技術的信頼性に加え、生産性、品質、コラボレーション、ビジネス成果の向上につながる実用的なワークフローを、お客様に分かりやすく伝え、活用を支援する力が求められます。
本ポジションは、Customer Success Management グループ内の Technical Adoption チームに所属します。このチームは、戦略顧客が Autodesk への投資からより大きな成果を得られるよう支援するとともに、社員の専門性開発、成長支援、高いパフォーマンスへの評価を重視しています。
主な業務内容
戦略顧客が Autodesk ソリューションを導入し、主要なワークフローを活用できるよう、製品およびワークフローに関するコーチングセッションを提供する
お客様のワークフロー、導入における障壁、学習ニーズ、期待する成果を理解するためのコーチング・ディスカバリーコールを実施する
エンドユーザー向けに、ライブコーチングや一対多数形式の活用促進セッションを実施し、ワークフローに特化したガイダンスやベストプラクティスを共有する
信頼される技術アドバイザーとして、お客様が Autodesk テクノロジーを活用してビジネス成果を達成できるよう、専門的な知見と製品知識を活かして支援する
必須応募資格
関連分野における学士号、または同等の実務経験
AEC業界、またはAEC向けテクノロジー業界における5年以上の実務経験
Autodesk Revit または Autodesk Forma（旧 Autodesk Construction Cloud）に関する専門知識。両方の知識があれば尚可。
AI 技術への関心、および AI を AEC ワークフローにどのように適用できるかを探索または検証した実践的な経験
複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、効果的に優先順位をつけられる能力
複雑な技術的概念を明確に説明できる高いコミュニケーション能力
優れたトラブルシューティング能力および分析力
顧客対応に必要な高い日本語コミュニケーション能力
求める人物像
設計検討、モデルチェック、ドキュメンテーション、コーディネーション、解析、ナレッジマネジメント、プロセス自動化など、実際の AEC ワークフローに AI 技術を適用した経験
AutoCAD、その他の Autodesk AEC ソリューション、または AI 関連技術に関する追加知識
自動化、スクリプティング、コンピュテーショナルデザイン、ローコード／ノーコード環境、またはデータに基づくワークフロー最適化の経験があれば尚可
建築設計事務所または建設会社において、BIM マネージャーまたはオートメーションリードとして勤務した経験があれば尚可
大規模かつ要求水準の高い顧客に対して技術トレーニングを提供した経験
社内外の幅広い関係者と信頼関係を築き、円滑に連携できる能力
グローバルチームの一員として、異なる文化や働き方を尊重しながら協働できるチームプレイヤー

Position Overview
Autodesk Customer Success is looking for highly motivated technical advisors to help our customers maximize their product investment and realize measurable business outcomes.
We are looking for a professional with strong technical experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry, with deep technical expertise in Autodesk solutions and a strong focus on AI-enabled workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience exploring, testing, using, or advising on AI technologies in an AEC context.
You should have experience supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale customer environments and be comfortable helping large strategic customers improve the way they adopt Autodesk solutions, particularly for AI-enabled workflows. This role requires both hands-on technical credibility and the ability to coach customers on practical workflows that improve productivity, quality, collaboration, and business outcomes.
You will join the Technical Adoption team within the Customer Success Management group, a team that helps strategic customers maximize success and achieve stronger returns on their investment while valuing professional development, supporting growth, and rewarding high performance.
Responsibilities
Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows.
Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1: many) for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharing.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology
Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges, in line with Autodesk quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the AEC industry or AEC technology industry
Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit and/or Forma, formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud
Interest in AI technologies and hands-on experience exploring or testing how AI can be applied to AEC workflows.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to converse fluently in Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
Experience applying AI technologies to real-world AEC workflows, such as design exploration, model checking, documentation, coordination, analysis, knowledge management, or process automation.
Additional knowledge of AutoCAD and/or other Autodesk AEC solutions, and AI
Experience with automation, scripting, computational design, low-code or no-code environments, or data-driven workflow optimization is a plus
Experience working as a BIM manager or Automation lead in a architecture/construction firm beneficial
Experience delivering technical training to large, demanding customers
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
Excellent team player, enjoying supporting and interacting with other members of a global team.
Ability to converse in English.
