Job Responsibilities:
- Design scalable and high-performance architectures for AI-powered applications and intelligent systems.
- Lead the development of AI-driven solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives.
- Architect intelligent AI solutions by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and other modern AI technologies.
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions for automotive, industrial equipment, gaming, and public infrastructure applications.
- Collaborate with Project Leaders and customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead technical feasibility studies, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and architecture reviews.
- Ensure software quality through architectural best practices, performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Prepare and review technical design documents, architecture specifications, and solution proposals.
Job Qualification:
- 7+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in AI technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Systems.
- Strong programming experience in C and/or C++.
- Extensive experience developing applications in Windows environments.
- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software architecture, and design patterns.
- Experience preparing software architecture and technical design documentation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Speech Recognition (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Voice Dialogue Systems.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Conversational AI frameworks.
- Experience in cloud-based AI services and edge AI deployment.
- Experience leading technical teams or managing complex software projects.
Language Proficiency: Native Level Japanese and Business Level English.
