Job Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures for AI-powered solutions across computer vision, generative AI, multimodal AI, robotics, and intelligent automation.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI systems leveraging Vision-Language Models (VLM), Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and generative AI technologies.
- Architect AI platforms integrating edge devices, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems to enable scalable AI applications.
- Design and implement digital twin and simulation environments using platforms such as NVIDIA Omniverse or similar technologies.
- Collaborate with Project Leaders, customers, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technology evaluations for emerging AI technologies and platforms.
- Define AI solution architecture, technology roadmaps, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.
- Guide engineering teams through architecture reviews, technical decision-making, code quality, and software engineering best practices.
- Ensure successful deployment of AI solutions from concept through production, including integration with enterprise and cloud ecosystems.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and communicate architectural decisions effectively to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of software development experience using C++, Python, or similar technologies, with experience in AI/ML solution development.
- Hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale AI solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Vision-Language Models (VLM), and multimodal AI.
- Experience in software architecture, system design, and distributed applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
- Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse or other Digital Twin platforms.
- Experience in Physical AI and Robotics.
- Knowledge of Edge AI, IoT, cameras, and sensor integration.
- Experience leading technical teams or managing projects.
Language Proficiency: Native level Japanese and Business Level English.
