Job Description

職務内容:
・お客様、パートナー様、社内の営業チームなどからのトレーニングや認定資格サービスに関する問い合わせ対応とクラス日程やトレーニングサービスについての回答(サポートケース、Email)
・トレーニングプログラムに関連したプロセスをスムーズに実施するための改善と発展
・トレーニングクラスや資格試験のロジスティックや手配などに問題があった際のトレーニング参加者や受験者に対する迅速なサポート
・トレーニング・認定資格プログラム、ポリシー、プロセスなどに関する質問や要望があった際の丁寧な対応(サポートケース、Email)
・社内やトレーニングイベントの実施にあたっての各種手配とそのプランニング
・社内、パートナー様、お客様のためのトレーニング・資格試験日程、カレンダーの作成と更新
・Web ページやPartner Portalでの最新のスケジュール、コース概要、参加者登録等を告知
・トレーニング・認定資格プログラムのマテリアルの配布準備。締切とクオリティの管理
・社内および社外のトレーニング・認定資格関連情報の整理およびスケジュールの作成と展開(正確かつ最新であること)
・トレーニング開催情報の質と正確性を維持するためのレポート抽出
・ServiceNow認定教育パートナー:ServiceNow Authorized Training Partners (ATP)のコンタクト先として、必要なサポートを提供

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:


・ 国内、グローバルのトレーニング開催におけるコーディネーターの経験
・常に変更が発生し、締切があるような状況下で迅速に対応してきた経
・オペレーションプロセスを作り出し、改善してきた経験
・細部まで確認できる力と各アイテムをまとめ上げる力
・お客様の問題を電話やEmailで解決し、必要に応じてエスカレーションしてきた経験
・中級から上級程度のMicrosoft Office(Outlook、Excel、Word)の経験、ラーニングポータルなどのシステム経験があれば尚可
・ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語スキル
