チームリーダーとして、入庫・出庫業務およびAmazon関連の倉庫オペレーションを担当いただきます。
チームをリードしながら、業務効率の向上、適切な人員配置、ワークフローの最適化、安全な作業環境の維持を推進し、安定した物流オペレーションの実現に貢献いただくポジションです。
Your Role accountability
倉庫オペレーション全体の管理および最適化
生産性向上に向けた作業計画および人員配置の管理
Retail Operations、Procurement、Health & Safetyなどの社内部門および外部パートナーとの連携
安全基準に沿った業務遂行を推進し、事故ゼロを目指した職場環境の維持
実施した施策の効果測定および継続的な改善活動の推進
倉庫・物流・サプライチェーン分野における最新の技術やベストプラクティスの調査・活用
Qualifications & Experience
Must
多数のSKUを含む高ボリュームな在庫を取り扱う倉庫環境における在庫管理を含む、倉庫・物流オペレーションまたはサプライチェーンマネジメントの経験（3-5年以上）
課題の根本原因を特定し、データに基づいた実践的な解決策を立案・実行できる高い分析力・問題解決力
自チームのメンバーに対するコーチング、トレーニング、育成を含むチームマネジメント経験
複数の小売店舗への配送・物流オペレーション管理経験
社内外の関係者と連携しながら、業務優先順位・プロジェクト・スケジュールを管理し、成果を達成した経験
主体的かつ柔軟に業務へ取り組める姿勢と、英語圏の同僚とのメールやチャットによるコミュニケーションが可能な英語力
Nice To Have
小売業界、または観光・レジャー・文化施設関連業界での経験
SAPまたはWarehouse Management System（WMS）の利用経験
事業目標に沿った中長期的な物流戦略の策定経験
英語による会話力
