The Role

弊社で最もクリティカルなミッションのうちのひとつであるデータセンター移転に関連するプロジェクトに携わっていただき、分散系サーバーを中心とした基盤システム全体の提案、構築、移行、運用業務の中から、最も力が発揮できる業務へのアサインを実施します。

実際のプロジェクトにおける主な業務内容：

・お客様への要件の確認とデータセンター移転方式の検討

・システム移行に必要となるシステム設計/構築/テスト/リハーサル

・運用チームと協業し移行後の運用面の変更点への対応

・システム移行日の切り替え作業/工程管理/報告の実施

これらの業務実施にあたりリーダーシップを発揮できる技術者を募集します。

Who You Are

【経験・スキル】

※いずれかの経験・スキルがある人を募集。

・構築プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージメント

・リーダー、テクニカルリーダー等の経験

・分散系主要製品のテクニカルスキル(VMware, Linux, DB, Storage,等)

・カスタマーフェーシング案件でのコニュニケーション

・関連チーム・プロジェクトメンバー・各種ステークホルダーとのコニュニケーション・調整スキル

・海外チームと連携・協業する機会も多いため、英語でコミュニケーションがとれる人材であることが望ましい
