ポジションについて：

コンテンツ審査、品質管理（QA)を担当していただきます。
コンテンツ審査チーム全体の業務品質を管理し、
コンテンツが企業およびゲームポリシーと法規に準拠していることを確認します。
このポジションは、当社のゲームコミュニティー内のユーザーエクスペリエンスと環境の健全性において重要な役割を果たすものです。
審査業務において対象となるのは当社コンテンツに関わるあらゆるプラットフォーム、形式（画像、動画、テキスト等）となります。

職務内容：

・ゲーム内ポリシーや関連法規について熟知し、様々な品質管理の方法を用いた二次審査を担当する。また一次審査の品質に関する統計や、メンバーの審査結果がコミュニティガイドラインに準拠しているかを確認する。
・異常発生時（ヘイト系投稿の増加や著しい誹謗中傷、炎上など）の迅速な状況の把握と情報収集、および他部門への共有、今後の対応について検討から実行までを行う。
・審査チームからのフィードバックについて、現地の文化や法規に照らし合わせて実行可能な手法であるかを検討し、担当部門に修正意見を提出する。
また改訂された規則、ルールを反映するサポートを行い、チームの再訓練や情報の更新を行う。
・QA関連のデータ指標を算出し、業務の動向を分析する。

応募要件：

―必須要件―
・大学卒以上の学歴
・韓国語、日本語、英語の3つの言語能力をお持ちの方
・ゲーム、特に二次元文化に深い興味がある方。
・インターネットセキュリティに関わる関連法規やガイドラインに精通している方。
また、韓国のインターネットやSNS文化に深い興味があり、精通している方。
