The opportunity


支社長にレポートし、所属する支社長の要請に基づく業務を行い、支社の営業目標達成に貢献する


Responsibilities

  • 支社長が行うルーキー育成の補佐を行う(支社長からの権限移譲により、当該業務の代行を行う)

  • 支社長が行う採用業務の補佐を行う

  • 上記以外の支社または営業所の営業業務を必要に応じて行う

  • 支社または営業所の事務業務の検印等支社長の代理業務を行う(自主点検の最終確認は支社長とする)

  • PAに対するコンプライアンスの教育・指導および日常の管理を行う

  • 支社または営業所内の未入金・継続率改善等指摘項目の改善策を策定し実施する

  • 支社長を補佐し事故・苦情に対する対応および原因分析による改善策の提案を行い、支社長とともに実施する
