企業概要 参天製薬（Santen）は眼科領域における医薬品の研究開発、製造、販売・マーケティング活動をグローバルに行い、世界中で人々の目の健康をサポートしています。私たちは眼科領域での高い専門性を礎に、製品やサービスを通じて患者さんや眼科医療現場のアンメットニーズに応える価値を提供することを追求しています。製品ポートフォリオは70以上に及び、幅広い眼科疾患を網羅し、現在、60を超える国・地域に製品を提供しています。 Digital & IT (DIT) 部門は、日本本社に加えEMEA、北米、中国、アジアの5地域に展開し、SantenのDigitalおよびITをサポートするグローバル組織です。 求人内容 ■職務目的： (Sr.) Manager, DIT Compliance & Risk Managementは、参天製薬株式会社のDigital and IT部門（DIT）に所属し、同社およびグループ企業（Santen）における、製薬・医療機器業界に適用される法規制および実務に関するコンプライアンス（以下、DITコンプライアンス）の運用および継続的改善に責任を持つ。 また本ポジションは、DITコンプライアンスおよび情報セキュリティを含むDigital and IT関連リスクについて、統合的な可視化および管理を確保し、全体的なリスク状況に基づく優先順位付け、意思決定、および対応活動を支援する。 これらの責任を果たすため、本ポジションはDIT部門、QA（Quality Assurance：品質保証）部門およびその他の関連社内部門・関係者と連携し、GxP（Good Practiceの総称。GLP、GCP、GMP、GDP、GVP、GPSP等）、CSV（Computerized System Validation）等を含むDITコンプライアンスの一貫したクロスファンクショナルな運用を確保する。 同時に、DIT全体にわたるリスクの統合的な可視化の仕組みを確立・維持し、適切な情報をマネジメントに提供することで、十分な情報に基づく意思決定を支援する。 ■職務背景（ロケーションおよび言語に関する環境） SantenのGxP関連業務は、日本を中核拠点としてグローバルに運営されており、日本には製造拠点および研究機能が置かれている。 加えて、日本の社内外ステークホルダーの一部は英語に不慣れであるため、流暢な日本語でのコミュニケーションが求められる。同時に、地域横断のグローバルな協働を支えるため、英語でのコミュニケーションも求められる。 ■主要な職務責任 1. IT関連コンプライアンスに関するガバナンスの運用および継続的改善 GxP、CSV、および製薬・医療機器業界におけるその他の適用法規制に関するSantenのDITコンプライアンスについて、方針、基準、およびプロセスを運用・維持し、継続的に改善することにより、運用の一貫性および継続的改善を確保する。 Santenの事業特性および規制要件に基づき、適切なコンプライアンス水準を明確化するとともに、その整合を図り、ステークホルダーに対して方向性を示し、改善を推進する。 ステークホルダーと連携してDITコンプライアンスのガバナンスフレームワークを運用し、主要課題の特定および改善施策の実行を推進する。
