主な業務内容 ・クラブラウンジおよびクラブゲストサービスの日常オペレーション全般の管理 ・クラブゲストへのチェックイン・チェックアウト対応および各種案内 ・ゲストからの要望、問い合わせ、苦情への迅速かつ適切な対応 ・クラブラウンジでの朝食、アフタヌーンティー、カクテルタイム等のサービス品質管理 ・クラブスタッフのシフト管理、業務指導、教育・トレーニングおよびパフォーマンス管理 ・サービススタンダードの維持・向上およびオペレーション改善 ・Front Office、Food & Beverage、Housekeeping、Kitchen等の関連部門との連携 ・備品、飲食物、消耗品等の在庫・コスト管理 ・クラブサービスに関するゲスト満足度、フィードバック、各種指標の分析と改善施策の実施 ・安全衛生、食品衛生、セキュリティおよびホテルの各種規程・ブランドスタンダードの遵守 必要に応じて、部門長へのレポート作成および各種ミーティングへの参加 Key Responsibilities ・Manage the day-to-day operations of the Club Lounge and all Club Guest services. ・Handle Club Guest check-in and check-out
