Job Description 弊社の品質保証（QA）は、製品開発ライフサイクルの各重要段階において品質に重点を置く独立組織であり、承認後の販売活動を含め、高品質で安全かつ有効な製品を確保することで、世界中の人々の生活の向上と救命という会社の使命に貢献しています。 弊社QA Clinical Quality（CQ）は、弊社が臨床試験において、適切なプロセス、手順、戦略、およびデータインテグリティの確保を通じて、適用されるグローバル規制要件を遵守しつつ、被験者の安全性、権利、福祉を確実に守っていることについて、独立した保証を提供します。 Primary Responsibilities: 日本およびAPAC地域の治験実施医療機関に対し、GCP定期監査および臨時監査(Routine Investigator Site Audit、Directed Audit)を実施する。必要に応じて、Country Office、サプライヤー、共同開発パートナーとの連携およびデューデリジェンス活動を行う。 QA監査の準備・実施、監査報告書の作成、QAマネジメントおよび関係ステークホルダー（例：臨床開発部門）への結果報告を行う。併せて、是正・予防措置（CAPA）が適切に実施され、指摘事項がクローズされるまで、関係部署と連携する。 CtQ要因（Critical to Quality Factors）を分析・活用し、潜在的リスクを特定したうえで、リスクベースの監査計画の策定および実施を行う。 ICH（International Council for Harmonization）、適用される各国規制当局の規制・ガイドライン、ならびに弊社の方針・手順・業界標準に基づき、治験実施医療機関、サプライヤー、臨床開発部門、治験総括報告書および申請資料（必要に応じて）、ならびにCountry Office（CO）のプロセスの適合性を評価する。社内外において、GCPおよびPVに関する各種トピックについて、最小限の監督のもとで啓発セッションを企画・実施する。 品質上の問題、潜在的な不正行為、またはプロジェクト／製品に対する重大な逸脱の可能性を含む事項について、適切かつ迅速にQALおよびTA Headへエスカレーションする。 担当する試験に対して適切な品質管理体制が確保されるよう、関連するQAのファンクショナルチームと連携し、日常的なサポートを行う リスクアセスメントに基づき、必要に応じてQALを支援し、監査対象の特定および監査計画の策定をサポートする。 QA部門内でのグローバルな一貫性を担保するため、QA手順、ガイダンス文書、監査ツールの開発・改善に貢献する。 QA部内における監査アプローチの標準化を推進する。技術的専門分野において、新たな監査手法や支援ツールを継続的に提案する。 QAマネジメントの判断により、さまざまなプロジェクトチームにおける特別任務に積極的に参加する。 経験の浅いQAメンバーに対して、トレーニングおよびメンタリングを提供する。 指導、タスクの割り当て、メンバーの生産性とエンゲージメントの確保を通じて、スタッフの日々の業務の運営を取りまとめ、支援する。パフォーマンス向上に向けた課題や改善の機会に対処し、スタッフの成長と発展を支援する。 QA部内の職場風土・文化を維持・醸成し、弊社のリーダーシップ行動を体現する。主要な関係者と上下双方向で円滑にコミュニケーションを図り、連携を促進する。 日本の開発部門におけるQAの窓口として、日本におけるQA業務に関するガイダンスを提供する。 日本国内のステークホルダーと連携し、クオリティマネジメントユニット（QMU）の一員として日常的な支援を提供する。 PMDA査察時には、担当している監査業務の範囲について、関係部門と協力して対応する。 必要なスキル
