(English follows) 【エヌエヌ生命について】 エヌエヌ生命は、単に働く場所ではなく、成長し、挑戦し、実際に価値を生み出すことができるフィールドです。 グローバルNNグループの一員として、世界的金融サービス企業の安定性と、日本市場に密着した企業ならではのスピード感や柔軟性を併せ持っています。 日本では、中小企業（SMEs）に特化した独自のビジネスモデルにより、事業は力強く成長しています。このセグメントは従来の保険会社では十分にカバーされてこなかった領域でもあります。 エヌエヌ生命は、「データとアナリティクスを武器に誰もがより大きな成果を出せる組織づくり」を掲げ、従業員一人ひとりの挑戦を後押ししています。 【ポジション概要】 本ポジションでは、エヌエヌ生命のエンタープライズデータアーキテクチャ、データガバナンス戦略、大規模データ移行プロジェクトを中心となって推進していただきます。 実務的な技術スキルとチームをリードする力の両方が求められます。 データエンジニア／アーキテクトを率いながら、エンタープライズアーキテクチャ、アプリケーションチーム、ビジネス部門など、さまざまな関係者と連携し、レガシーシステムから新システムへの移行を含む主要データ施策を主導します。 また、データモデリング、データ品質、メタデータ、データカタログ、MDMなどのガバナンス領域のルール策定・浸透、エンジニアへのデータアーキテクチャ教育、業界トレンドや新技術の探索といった、組織の知見を高める役割も担っていただきます。 【主な職務内容】 1. データアーキテクチャおよびエンタープライズモデリングのリード 現状および将来のデータシステムを評価し、ビジネスニーズに合わせた改善を設計 RDB設計（スター・スキーマ、SCD）、MDM、データ統合パターンのモデリング Azureベースのデータプラットフォーム（Landing／Staging／Refined）設計 2. データ移行プロジェクトの推進 大規模データ移行およびMDMプロジェクトのリーダーとして全体を統括 データマッピング、検証フレームワーク、監査ログ、品質管理の設計 ETL/ELTパイプラインの設計支援および技術面の進捗管理（Databricks／Informatica／Pythonなど） ビジネスSME、IT部門、外部ベンダーとの連携・調整 3. データガバナンスの構築と推進 モデリング、データ品質、メタデータ、カタログ、MDM、API連携などのガバナンス方針を策定 各部門への導入支援・定着に向けたガイダンス提供 4. チーム連携・ファシリテーション ビジネス部門と協力し、データおよび業務ロジックの深い理解を促進 レガシーシステムから新システムへの移行において中心的役割を担う 自身の業務を分かりやすく整理し、適切にドキュメント化するスキルも重要
