募集ポジションについて ■ GG12 Audit Manager 即戦力でAIC*業務ができる方 ■ GG11 Assistant Audit Manager まずは、チーム長または他のAICのもとで、AIC見習い業務を一定期間行い、将来的にGG12レベルに到達できる方 * AIC (Auditor in Charge):個別監査エンゲージメントにおける現場リーダー 職務内容 今回募集するポジションは、AICもしくはAIC候補者となります。オペレーション監査チームの一員として、チーム長の最小限の指導の元で、以下の監査関連業務の職責を果たすことができる方を想定しています。 AICは、個別監査のプランニング(時期/期間、監査チーム編成、監査目的、監査スコープ)の策定を行います。個別監査の実施においては、リスクベースで対象となるプロセス/コントロールのテスティングを行うほか、一定の監査品質が確保できるように、監査チームメンバーの行ったテスティング結果や監査調書のレビューを行います。また、適切なフィードバックを行うことで、指導・人材育成といったことも担っていただきます。 さらに、AICは、監査チームメンバーのアサイメント管理や必要に応じて調整を図るなど、全体的な進捗管理を行い、与えられたTime Budget内に監査を完了する責任があります。監査指摘の可能性がある事象を発見した場合は、速やかにチーム長に報告するとともに、メットライフのInternal Audit StandardsおよびManualに従って、リスク評価を行い、指摘事項のレーティングを決定します。各指摘事項のレーティング等を考慮して、総括的な監査意見をドラフトし、Audit Report(英語)にまとめます。Audit Reportはチーム長ほか、日本および海外拠点の上席者のレビューを受けます。 このほか、AICは、オペレーション監査チームの業務運営をサポートするために、チーム長の補佐を行います。具体的には、各監査領域のリスク評価の実施、年間/四半期監査計画の立案のサポート等を行います。 経験・スキル・資格・学歴(必須) 以下のいずれかの業務経験: ・生命保険会社における業務経験(新契約引受、保険金等支払査定、コールセンター、収納、保全業務、などのオペレーション業務全般、コンプライアンス、リスク管理、プロジェクト管理など)または ・一般事業会社における内部監査業務の経験、または ・監査法人における監査・アシュランス・アドバイザリーサービス業務の経験 以下のスキル/知識: ・監査メソドロジー(CIA資格)習得、英語力(TOEICスコア)向上に前向きに取り組むことができる方 ・論理的思考/分析力/職業的懐疑心 ・ビジネス環境の変化からリスクを捉えられる力 ・傾聴力を含むインタビュースキル ・優れた文章(日本語/英語)作成能力 ・文章表現力およびプレゼンスキル
