■ 職務内容 / Job Description ・担当する生産プロセスに関するGMPの履行に責任を負う。 ・SOPなどのGMP文書を遵守し、安定した高品質の医薬品を生産(検査・包装)するともに、逸脱ゼロに努める。 ・担当する生産ラインの作業員と密接な連繋を図り、継続的に作業改善を実施し、品質クレーム低減及び生産性の向上を行う。 ・担当するラインの生産に関わるGMP文書の作成・改訂をサポートする。 ・確実な製造記録を作成するとともに、Docエラーゼロに努める。 ・担当する生産ライン及びエリアの5S活動を行う。 ・設備の安全に関するリスクを把握し、生産作業及び点検作業時に適切な作業を行う。 ・日常点検計画に基づき、日次・週次・月次点検を実施する。 ・設備点検計画に基づき、保守・点検作業のサポートを行う。 ・逸脱/品質異常発生時、状況を保持し、シフトリーダー、チームリーダー、生産マネジャー、製造責任者に迅速且つ適切に報告し、原因調査に協力する。また合意された担当CAPAの実施を期限内に行う。 ・担当するラインの生産性向上(OEE/Productivity)の取り組みをサポートし、担当アクションの実施を期限内に行う。 ・OJT計画に従い、計画された資格を計画通り取得する。 ・OJT計画に従い、教育者として担当したOJTを計画通り教育を行う。 ・GMPを含めた法的要求事項への対応。 ・Tier、チームミーティング、PETタウンホールミーティング、J-Ops全体ミーティング等に積極的に参加し、情報入手する。 ・グローバルSHEポリシー等の社内スタンダード・関連法規を順守する。 ■ 応募資格(経験、資格等) / Qualification (Experience & Skill etc.) 【経験 / Experience】 <必須 / Mandatory> ・GMP及びSHEの知識
