株式会社Mintel Japan(ミンテルジャパン)は1972年に創立されたロンドンに本社を構える市場調査会社「Mintel Group」の日本法人です。世界の新商品をリアルタイムで検索できるデータベースや世界で今起こっているトレンドを紹介するレポートを始めとする汎用の情報サービスを国内で事業展開している日系・外資系企業に提供しております。新商品開発や競合他社の動向に関わる調査案件や専門的な分析、市場調査も請け負っており、お客様のビジネスの成長を支援しております。Mintel Japanは非常に風通しのよい会社で、ポジションの上下にかかわらず、また東京のオフィスだけでなく海外のオフィスともオープンに意見を交わすことが出来る会社です。比較的休みも取りやすく、働きやすい会社です。 現在「フード＆ドリンク」の各領域において、日本における業界トレンドの分析及びレポートの執筆を行うチームのマネジメントをハンズオンご対応頂ける方を募集しております。 【職務内容】 ＜プレイングマネージャー職＞レポート執筆及びレポート作成に必要となる定量調査設計・データ分析など、発刊までの一連の業務から、チームメンバーの作成したレポートのQC、レポート作成のスケジュール管理及びメンタリングをお任せします。 【業務詳細】 1) コンテンツの公開 ・レポート発行までの全プロセスの統括 ー レポート範囲の定義付け ー レポートに投稿する調査データ収集：設計～実施 ※調査チームと連携 ー レポートの執筆(日本語) ー 出版準備(編集、デザイン、英訳確認など) ※デジタルパブリッシングチームと連携 ・同チームに所属するアナリストの管理 ・海外拠点のアナリストとのネットワーキングを通して各国のトレンド最新情報をタイムリーに把握 2) チーム管理 ・チームのスケジュール管理：レポート納期に合わせ関係各所との調整 ・メンバーのレポート編集サポート ・メンバーのトレーニング及びコーチング 3) クライアントサポート ・出版されたレポートに関連した問い合わせやその他クライアントからの要望への対応 ・営業チーム支援：Mintelのインサイトに対する理解度向上を図る為のサポート・展示会/見本市やカンファレンスイベントにおける基調講演への登壇 ■英語の利用頻度 海外拠点とのコミュニケーションを中心に日常的に英語を利用する場面が発生します。 【魅力ポイント】 アクセス抜群のオフィス(丸ビル・各線直結)
