所属部署・チーム名 営業統括部 所属部署・チーム説明 営業統括部は主にIQVIA Solutionsの取り扱う各種データおよびサービス（各種コンサル、Tech）全般を取り扱い、製薬企業を中心とする顧客との関係構築の中で顧客のニーズ・課題を把握し、サービス部門と共にソリューション提案を推進するチームとなります。 チームの雰囲気 メンバー全員が前向きで明るく常にコミュニケーションを取り、またメンバーが各々得意分野を持ち、お互い協力しながら業務を進めるアットホームなチームになります。 営業統括部メンバーの主なバックグランド： ・他産業での法人営業経験者 ・MR経験者 ・ヘルスケア業界での法人営業経験者 など ポジションのやりがい / キャリアパス IQVIA Solutionsは、製薬企業をメイン顧客として、様々な課題解決をすることでヘルスケア産業に貢献しております。 特にAccount Salesは、全てのサービスを取り扱うことから、製薬企業の幅広い部門における課題・ニーズの解決を通じて、企業の各部門の役割を知る機会が多く、また製薬企業各部門の人脈との深い関係構築ができることが大きな価値となっております。 業務内容 ・顧客の課題・ニーズに応じて主な以下のソリューションを組み合わせた提案を することで課題解決に繋げる ・各種データ（売上、処方、アンケート、Real World Data 等） ・コンサルティング（戦略、SFE、市場調査、HEOR/HTA 等） ・Tech（CRM、BI、MDM、DWH、データカスタマイズ等） ・各案件の引き合い、見積提示、提案、契約締結および請求書発行～回収 までの一連の契約業務の遂行 ・各クライアントの課題・ニーズを把握する立場であることから、社内にフィードバックし、新しいソリューション開発の支援 役割への期待値 入社～3ヶ月目：各種サービスの基礎、業務の基本フローの理解 ～7ヶ月目：担当顧客における各部門の役割の理解、顧客課題に応じた社内ソリューションとのマッチング ～10ヶ月：
