【職務概要】 ・ ラーニング・ディベロップメントに関するグローバル・プログラムの導入/実施、ローカル・プログラムの開発/導入など、チューリッヒジャパンにおける人材開発施策を推進する。 ・ タレントマネジメントに関するグローバル・プログラムの導入/実施、ローカル・プログラムの開発/導入、タレント人材の特定/モニタリングなど、チューリッヒジャパンにおけるタレントマネジメント施策を推進する。 ・ ダイバーシティ（DEI）に関する施策を企画・実施し、持続可能なDEIの実践のためのインフラを構築するとともに、チューリッヒジャパンにおけるDEI文化の醸成を推進する。 【業務内容】 ラーニング＆ディベロップメント（L&D） ・ グローバルL&Dファンクションとの窓口として、グローバルラーニングプログラムの導入や実施管理を行う。 ・ チューリッヒジャパンにおける人材開発戦略を企画・立案する。 ・ チューリッヒジャパンの人材開発戦略に沿った個別研修プログラムを企画立案するとともに、実施活動に関する様々な調整とプロセスの管理を行う。 ・ 各部門における人材開発ニーズに応えるプログラムの提供など、L&Dの領域でピープルマネージャーやHRビジネスパートナーを支援する。 タレントマネジメント (TM) ・ グローバルTMファンクションとの窓口として、グローバルラーニングプログラムの導入や実施管理を行う。 ・ キーポジションの後継者、次世代人材、女性人材などを特定/モニタリングし、個別の育成をサポートする。 ・ タレントレビュープロセスをタイムリーかつ効果的に行うために、プロセスやスケジュールの実務管理およびその改善、関係者調整など、同プロセスの管理全般に責任を持つ。 ダイバーシティ&インクルージョン (DEI) ・ 女性活躍の推進（管理職の女性比率拡大など）、障がい者雇用率の向上、LGBT啓蒙活動など、チューリッヒジャパンにおけるDEI施策の企画/実施を推進する。 ・ イベントなどに参加し、専門的な情報を収集するとともに、社外とのコミュニケーションや社内への情報発信を担う。 エグゼクティブスポンサーやグループとのインターフェースを含む、複数の社員リソースグループ（ERG）の活動をサポートする。 【必要知識・経験等】 ・ 専門スキル・経験（次のうちでいずれか２つ） - ラーニング＆ディベロップメント（教育研修）に関する専門的な知識・実務経験 - タレントマネジメント（タレントレビュープロセス）における実務経験
