このポジションについて: WeWork では日本での現在拠点の拡大に伴い、Manager, Real Estate and Growth Partnerships を募集しております。こちらのポジションはReal Estateと Growth Partnerships チームの所属となりDirector, Real Estate 及びDirector, Growth Partnerships へ報告することになります。候補者は他部署である Salesチーム、Growth Opsチーム、コミュニティチーム、プロダクトチーム、リーガルチーム、ファイナンスチームとコラボレーションしながらManager, Real Estate and Growth Partnerships として既存拠点の契約管理・交渉、新規拠点解説の特定、既存拠点の交渉 及び 仲介営業を通じて販売する能力適性を持ち、以下を達成できる方を求めています。 主な職責と領域: Real Estate (不動産部) WeWork の既存拠点の賃料交渉・契約書管理・その他物件に関わる調整 WeWorkの新規拠点の選定・賃貸借契約の交渉・稟議手続きやその他 物件契約に関わる業務 上記 2点についての全体戦略策定及び会社目標達成に向けた計画立案 拠点選定にあたっての市場調査 拠点開設、戦略検討にあたっての各種採算性計算 不動産関連議題についての社内・投資家向け報告資料作成・提示 社内の各関連部門 (営業、マーケティング、設計、開発) と連携した物件開発企画立案 (状況に応じて) チーム目標達成のための直属部下の管理と育成 Growth
