Job Description 業務内容 大阪営業所を拠点として関西圏をご担当頂く予定です。担当製品はinvitrogen, Gibco, Nuncブランドを代表とする分子生物学、細胞培養、細胞解析用の研究用試薬類、プラスチック消耗品や小型卓上研究機器です。エンドユーザーはアカデミアのお客様が中心になりますが、ベンチャー、中小企業、病院のお客様も含まれます。契約販売店を通しての販売様式を基本とする為、取引先との関係構築も必要となります。その為、取引先への定期的な訪問や製品勉強会なども実施頂く必要があります。同じ営業チームには同僚となる試薬営業員だけでなく、大型機器専任の営業員も在籍しています。試薬と機器の協同活動も必要に応じて取って頂くことになります。 日常業務としては現場やWebミーティングでのお客様との商談が主になります。新製品の導入や競合からの切り替え活動を初めとした日売り(ランレート)の活動や、小型機器のデモンストレーション、納品作業を実施いただきます。必要に応じて社内のテクニカルサポートから学術的なフォローをもらえる体制もあります。その他、営業フォーキャストの提出や定期的な会議、新製品トレーニングなども業務の一部としてあります。 居住地にもよりますが、宿泊込みの出張が発生することもあります。定期的に東京本社へ出社頂くこともあります。 必要要件 口頭、書面における優れたプレゼンテーション能力 電話、電子メール、Web会議での円滑なコミュニケーション能力 社内外の相手と友好的かつ効果的な交渉ができる能力 顧客を第一にできる思考と行動力 基本的なPCスキル(メール、Office、BI解析ソフト) 自動車運転免許資格 あると好ましい経験 科学/技術分野における学士号または同等の経験...
