Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite 職務概要 ビジネスオペレーショングループのスペシャリストは、NVP事業部の活動が円滑に行われるように、SOPに従い、営業部とマーケティング部の関係者と連携し、プロセスを適切に管理し進めます。プロセスを適切に進めるため、リーガル・コンプライアンスやファイナンスなど他部門との調整を行います。NVP事業部の活動には、取り扱う医療機器の講演会、セミナー、適正使用、安全使用のための情報提供・収集活動、学会・研究会での展示・広告などの販売促進活動に加え、特約店、病院や外部業者との取引なども含みます。 ビジネスオペレーション業務の作業効率を改善させるための改善施策を立案し、実行します。 募集職種の主な業務 NVP事業部の承認申請書の回覧を行う 承認された申請に基づき、CAPS・Work flowなど必要な社内プロセスを進める コンサルティング契約書・派遣依頼状を含めた契約関連書類の作成ならびに契約締結を行う HCPトラベル手配関連の手配および指示を行う HCPおよび外部ベンダー向けの支払い手続きを行う 医療機器業公正取引協議会 規約とSOPについて、事業部内の関係者に説明する 監査に対応するため、事業部で取り扱う申請書や資料を適切に保管し管理する 事業部運営に必要な予算（Opex・Capex）の管理を行う チームメンバーと円滑に業務を遂行するために協力しながら業務を分担する 業務プロセスや手順の改善策を提案し、より円滑な業務運営の構築に貢献する 募集要件 医薬品または高度管理医療機器を取り扱う企業における実務経験年数３年以上 営業部やマーケティング部のサポート業務経験がある 医療機器業、または、医療用医薬品製造販売業の公正競争規約、施行規則、運用基準を熟知しており、運用に関わる業務に携わった経験がある 医療機器業公正取引協議会 規約インストラクターの資格を有することが望ましい 必要なスキル・経験等 対人関係構築能力：チームメンバーおよび業務関係者と適切にコミュニケーションを取り、良好な人間関係を築くことができる 医療機器業界およびビジネス知識：医療機器業公正取引協議会 規約を正しく理解し、説明できる。規約と企業が定めたSOPの相違点を正しく理解し、説明できる。 プロジェクトマネジメント：外部委託業者が行う業務を管理できる 調整力、実行力：年間・四半期・月・週で決められた業務を遂行できる ファシリテーションスキル：業務課題の共有や他部門と調整した内容について報告を行い、チームで共通の認識を持つためのミーティングを主催し、運営できる Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams/Stream/SharePoint/One
