職務目的（Job Purpose） 担当地区において、上席者の管理・監督の下で「基幹商品ALLSTARs」を中心とした推進および引受業務を通じて、お客様に寄り添いお守りするなかで、企業賠償保険ラインの成長ならびに収益性の最大化を図る。 職責（Job Responsibilities） 担当地区（駐在事業本部にて）の企業賠償保険ラインの予算達成に責任を持ち、そのために地域事業本部・他ラインの駐在スペシャリスト等と連携・協働し、担当地区のマーケット、チャネルの状況に応じた「基幹商品ALLSTARs」の販促（契約保全を含む）について企画立案し、実行する 主に営業社員・担当チャネル向けのALLSTARs販売トレーニングを行い、特に重点代理店については個々の代理店のALLSTARs販売計画・トレーニングにも関与する 企業賠償保険ラインの情宣活動を行い（成約事例紹介・売れ筋情報や業務関連情報等の提供。資料作成含む）、そのためにマーケット情報・他社動向を含めた情報収集も行う 企業賠償保険種目のうち引受権限を有するものにつき、担当地区の基本的な保険引受業務を行う。引受権限を有しないもの、または難度の高い事案については上席またはシニア・プロダクションアンダーライターと連携して対応し、担当地区の収益性を確保する 主要な関係先（Key Relationships）： 内部関係先 (AIG組織内) ディストリビューション部門（営業社員、リスクコンサルタント等） 他の商品ライン（駐在プロダクションアンダー、スペシャリストを含む） 損害サービス部門 オペレーション部門 コンプライアンス部門 外部関係先 (AIG組織外) 代理店 必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences） 最終学歴 学士号または同等の学位 スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許 コミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、論理的説明能力 資料作成能力、文章力 ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚可 自発的・積極的である方 マーケット・顧客志向のある方 責任感があり、チームワークを大切にする方 業務経験 5年以上の損害保険業界での経験（営業部門、商品部門＜引受＞もしくは損害サービス部門での経験。企業賠償に関する分野での業務経験があれば尚可）
