企業概要 私たちSGSはスイスジュネーブに本拠を置き、全世界2,600拠点のオフィス・ラボと99,600人を超える社員を擁する世界最大の認証機関です。Global統一の国際基準や規格、また国ごとに異なる規制に対応した試験/Testing・検査/Inspection・認証/Certification・検証/Verificationを提供しています。グローバルサプライチェーンの中で『より良く、安全で、相互につながりある世界の実現”Creating a better, safer , more interconnected world”』の為、最高レベルのサービスを提供しつづけます。 求人内容 世界最大級の認証機関、SGSグループの一員である当社SGSジャパンでは、グローバルでの重要マーケットの一つである日本において国内主要産業の幅広いお客様にサービスを提供しています。 その中の１つにソーシャル監査、「企業の社会的責任監査」があります。製品の製造工場及びサプライチェーン上にある取引先工場での労務・人権・環境など企業の社会的責任（＝Corporate Social Responsibility）に関する問題もしくはその懸念についての監査を行うサービスです。グローバル化によって原材料の調達、生産から最終製品が消費者に届くまでのサプライチェーンは、ますます長く、複雑になっております。その為、サプライチェーン上で労務・人権・環境に関する監査の実施、また問題がある場合の改善に励むことは企業の社会的責任、CSRとしてますます重要になっております。 ソーシャル監査では弊社の監査員が以下のCSRに関する項目を確認いたします。 ・給与、労働時間等の労務管理上の問題 ・作業環境の安全性や衛生環境等の労働安全衛生 ・強制労働、児童労働等の人権問題 ・不正や贈収賄防止などの倫理、企業全体としてのマネジメントシステム等、ガバナンスの問題 本ポジションでは、国内・海外企業のサプライヤーである国内企業に対し、ブランドやスキームオーナーのチェックリストに基づいた監査を行い、レポートを提出していただきます（英語、日本語またはその両方）。具体的には以下の業務をお任せいたします。 ・国内向け二社監査の実施 ・関連する教育訓練業務の開発 他 ■やりがい ①Globalな環境 社内には外国籍社員も在籍しており、またSGS海外グループ会社とのコミュニケーションも必要な為、Globalな環境で業務をすることができます。 ②常に成長できる環境 業務に対して能動的にアクションを起こし積極的に取り組んで頂くマインドセットをお持ちでしたらあなたの成長を促す施策をどんどんお任せいたします。 ■ワークライフバランス オンとオフがはっきり。プライベートも充実できます。有給取得率は76％超（2022年実績）。入社初日に有給休暇を付与いたします。 資格 【Must haves】 ・週半分程度の出張に対応可能であること ・英語を用いた業務経験3年以上（英文報告書作成、英文企画書読解、電話会議対応が出来ればなお可） 【Nice to haves】 ・Social audit実施経験（APSCA登録会員であれば尚可） ・ISO資格保有（14001、9001、45001であれば尚可）
