職種 正社員 職務明細 【部門紹介】 主にインフラの構築、運用を提供し、共通サービスを顧客に提供している。クラウド、サーバ、ネットワーク、ネットワークセキュリティ、IT運用。 日本：130名（内20%程度はグローバルメンバー） 【プロジェクト紹介】 全国に拠点をもつお客様のネットワーク運用保守業務をご担当していただきます。 【ポジションの魅力】 大手企業およびグループ企業への大規模展開する経験ができる。 【将来のキャリアパス】 ソリューションアーキテクト、プロジェクトリード、プロジェクトマネージャー、デリバリマネージャ スキル・資格 【必要条件】 ・NWの基礎知識の保有 ・L2SW/L3SW/Router/FW/LBの運用経験（定常対応、障害対応、ログ調査・確認、サポート問い合わせ、現地対応など） ・ユーザおよびベンダーとの調整・コミュニケーション 【歓迎条件】 ・L2SW/L3SW/Routerの構築経験（VLAN、STP、SVI、HSRP、Routingなどの設定投入、L2/L3機器の構築作業など） ・FWの構築経験（アドレス設定、HA、FWポリシー、NAT、Routingなどの設定投入、FW機器の構築作業など） ・Proxyの運用経験（ホワイトリスト登録、ポリシー設定、ログ調査など） ・VPN機器の運用/構築経験（ポリシー設定、アドレス設定、問い合わせ対応、状態確認、ログ調査など） 【英語力】 基本的に英語を使用する機会はない 業務内容 【仕事内容】 NW機器の維持管理及び構築業を実施いただきます。 維持管理についてはお客様要件による事前調査および設定変更、障害対応、原因調査、パフォーマンス分析などネットワーク運用に関わる多岐にわたる業務を担当いただきます。 構築業務に関しては、追加要件として新規通信要件に向けたネットワーク機器の構築依頼があるため、要件を確認して設計・構築を行います。 使用する主な機器は以下の通りです。 ルータ・スイッチ Cisco ファイアウォール palo alto、Z-scaler その他 DNSサーバ、SMTPサーバ など
