企業概要 Santenは、眼科医療に特化した130年の歴史を持つ製薬企業です。日本発のグローバル企業として60カ国以上に拠点を持ち、目の健康のために様々な革新的な治療法とデジタルソリューションを提供し、世界中の人々の視覚に関わる社会問題に取り組んでいます。当セイフティーヴィジランスリスクマネジメント室は、地域横断型の安全性監視部門です。全世界に展開する参天製品や治験品の安全性を戦略的に監視する役割を果たしています。 People Centricityのマインドセットの下、当部門が保有する豊富な安全性・有効性データを活用し、規制対応を越えて、医療現場の医師・患者さんに安心と信頼を届けるための積極的な情報発信をリードして頂きます。 求人内容 People Development Specialistは、基本理念やVISION及び戦略目標達成のため、日本における人材開発、組織開発、DE&I、エンゲージメント施策の実行を担います。 具体的にはマネージャーの指示の下、ビジョンや戦略に合致した研修をGlobal CoEやHRBPと協力して、研修プログラムを実施します。実施後に効果検証を行い最適なプログラムを継続的に実施することで、人材開発と組織全体のパフォーマンスの向上に貢献します。 【Training & Talent Development】 Global CoEやHRBPと協働し、日本における育成の課題を特定し、改善のための取り組みや効果的な研修プログラムを企画・実行する。実施後には効果測定と改善策を含む報告書を作成する パフォーマンス評価プロセスの支援、自己啓発支援フレームの確立、キャリア開発及びエンゲージメント向上のための施策の企画・実行を行い、従業員エクスペリエンスを向上させ、エンゲージメント、生産性向上、業務効率の改善を推進する 入社式と入社時研修の完了に向けて、実施の計画立案と準備、実行する。実施後には報告書を作成し、次年度の改善に繋げる。 各種研修プログラムの企画に携わり実行する。研修プログラムの実行後には、効果の測定と改善策を含めた報告書を作成する。 Talent Developmentのプロセスを計画や指示に基づいて実行する。 【Employee Engagement】 エンゲージメントサーベイ、パルスサーベイの実施に伴い、Global CoEと連携し日本における展開を実行する。実施後に結果分析をおこない、経年トレンドやインサイト情報をHRBPへ提供する。 【DE&I】 ダイバーシティ、エクイティ＆インクルージョン・プロジェクトを推進・強化に向けて、Global CoEと連携しながら施策を実施する。実施後には報告書を作成し、次年度の改善実施へ繋げる。 資格 5年以上の人事経験 人材開発/タレントマネジメント/ラーニングの分野における3年以上の経験 ステークホルダー管理能力、ファシリテーション、コミュニケーションスキル 担当業務完遂の為に自ら計画して遂行出来る能力 順応性、柔軟性、高い解決志向と学習能力 プレッシャーに負けず、複数タスクに優先順位をつけて取組む強い能力 セルフスターター、チェンジプロモーター 製薬もしくはヘルスケア業界における経験があれば尚可 語学力：ネイティブレベルの日本語と日常英会話レベルの英語の両方 その他の情報 Santenにおけるキャリア構築
