Job Description Medical Advisorは、それぞれが担当とする疾患領域において、フランチャイズ戦略に沿った形で、メディカル戦略を作成し、実行する責任を持つ。具体的な業務は下記の通りである。 メディカル戦略 社内外の学術的機会を通じて、継続的に最新の専門知識を保持する 科学的・医学的観点から、Medical Science Liaison（MSL）/ Scientific Contents（SC）/ Medical Information（MI）によるメディカル戦略実行をリードする グローバルのメディカル戦略の立案・実行について継続的に情報・意見を提供する Field medical活動（外部顧客と接するメディカル活動）に関して、Field Plan を承認し、MSLとの連携にて間接的にメディカル戦略の実行及びサイエンティフィックインサイト収集活動を管理する サイエンティフィックインサイト メディカル戦略に役立つサイエンティフィックインサイトを臨床および基礎研究エキスパート等から戦略的/計画的に収集する 多角的に収集されたサイエンティフィックインサイトを分析し、各種会議体でそのインサイトを提供し、協議する Scientific exchange / アドバイザリー会議/メディカル関連プログラム サイエンティフィックリーダーおよび社外ステークホルダーとのscientific exchangeに参加し、課題解決のための研究・教育における協力関係を育む アドバイザリー会議およびその他のメディカルプログラムを企画・主導し、臨床および基礎研究エキスパートからの意見をメディカル戦略に組み込む 海外企画のプログラム（Global Advisory Board等）について、グローバルチームなどと連携・協力する メディカル教育プログラム アンメットな教育ニーズを特定し、フランチャイズ戦略と連携したメディカル教育プログラムを企画・実行する 早期開発パイプライン品情報 開発パイプライン品に関して、必要に応じて種々のメディカル情報（疫学、診断、ガイドライン、治療、競合品データなど）に関する情報の収集・解析・インプットを行う 必要に応じて、開発品に関するサイエンス・メディカル面での戦略的な提言を行う Data Generation フランチャイズ戦略と連携して、アンメットニーズを抽出し、Localで必要なデータを同定し、研究・調査をデザイン、立案、実行する 研究者主導研究提案に対し、グローバルSOP及びガイダンス・インストラクションに沿って、フォローする 臨床試験および市販後試験に対して科学的・医学的観点からインプットを行う 安全性部門等の関連他部署と協業の上でPMSのpublicationを実施する
