Make your mark for patients 患者さんのためにあなたの力を発揮してください Primary Purpose / Regulatory Responsibilities: UCB製品を必要とする患者さんすべてに届ける 短期だけでなく中長期な視野で、担当エリア及びエリアを跨いで医師と患者をつなげて最適なアクセスを確立する MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 顧客エンゲージメント戦略策定 ①営業部の戦略・プランに基づいて、担当エリアの中長期及び短期の顧客エンゲージメント戦略を立案する。 ②担当エリアの顧客エンゲージメント戦略策定のために、テリトリーを跨ぐDr. や患者・競合の情報を収集・整理し、インサイトを導出する。 顧客エンゲージメント向上活動 ①担当エリアのDr.・HCP・ステークホルダーとの信頼関係を強固にすべく、チームとしての組織的な顧客エンゲージメント活動をリードし、確実に遂行する。 ②担当エリアのMR一人ひとりが顧客エンゲージメント活動を効果的に推進できるよう、必要な関係者との連携を含め、支援体制や活動環境を整備する。 戦略・活動の課題分析と改善 ①担当エリアの顧客エンゲージメント戦略の進捗をモニタリングするために最適なKPIを、営業部の戦略・プランと整合するよう設定する。 ②担当エリアKPIをタイムリーに確認・分析し、R-ESLや必要な関係者と連携の上で迅速・柔軟に改善策を策定し組織的に実行する。 コンプライアンス遵守 ①チームとして、関連法規・ガイドライン等に対するコンプライアンス遵守を徹底する。 人的リソースプラン策定 ①担当エリアの顧客エンゲージメント戦略の遂行に必要な関係部署のマネジャーと組織対組織でゴール・方針を共有し連携する。 ②必要な関係者と中長期及び短期の戦略遂行・活動を見据えた組織対組織の信頼関係を構築する 能力開発(OJT含む) ①中長期及び短期的な担当エリアの顧客エンゲージメント戦略遂行のためにチーム全体で強化すべきスキルを特定し、その強化にチームとして取り組む。 ②部下の育成(コーチング/メンタリング/フィードバック等)を行うと共に、将来のESL候補とその将来のキャリアを見極め、育成する。 パフォーマンスマネジメント ①部下(MR)に期待役割を伝え、部下自身による適切なパフォーマンス目標設定を支援し評価を行う。 ②部下(MR)に対するパフォーマンス評価に関するフィードバックを行い、部下自身によるさらなる挑戦やパフォーマンス改善を支援する。
