Work Schedule Environmental Conditions Job Description ポジションについて Project Management Officeはコマーシャルエクセレンス組織の一部として、主にグローバル、日本ローカルイニシアチブに基づくプロジェクトの実施、管理、日本国内外の関係者との橋渡しを担う重要なチームです。このポジションは複数名のチームメンバーを管理するとともに、自身でもプロジェクトの実施、管理を担う役割となります。このポジションに就いてもらう人には、主に次の３つの事柄に携わっていただきます。 1. グローバル/APJイニシアチブの取り組みに対して、日本のPoint of Contact/ Project Managerとしての役割を果たし、日本の関係者との合意形成、グローバル/APJチーム関係者との合意形成、プロジェクトの進行管理、コンフリクトマネジメントを行います。 2. 日本のイニシアチブについて、Project Managerとしてプロジェクトの推進、グローバル/ APJチームのKey Stakeholdersとの合意形成、コンフリクトマネジメントを行います。また、イニシアチブに基づく仕組みづくりやそのために必要な外部ベンダーの管理などの実務、リソース管理についても行います。 3. 推進したプロジェクトについて、オペレーション、モニタリングの仕組みづくり、仕組みの定着に向けた取り組みやそのサポート。 募集の背景 ビジネスの成長を効率的にけん引する中で、様々な「仕組み」の整備は欠かせません。ビジネスは年々複雑化し、広範囲でのStakeholderマネジメントや合意形成、意思決定を必要とします。このような状況の中で、事業部門の中長期の方向性や現状の課題を理解し、論点の整理し、プロジェクトを前進させることが必要です。ビジネスの規模の拡大と私たちのスコープの拡大に伴い、プロジェクトを円滑に進め、けん引していただける方を募集しています。 キャリアパス 常に進化する組織ですので、Commercial Excellence内で新しい役割が作られ、その役割に就いたり、他の役割に異動したり、ThermoFisher Scientific内で他の役割に就ける機会があります。 このポジションはコマーシャル組織を横断的に知ることができる役割のため、キャリアパスの幅を広げるためにもここでの経験が役立ちます。 経験 短期（1か月未満）と長期（6カ月以上）のプロジェクトのリード、管理経験 Business Process Re-engineeringプロジェクトに携わった経験 マトリックス組織の中で、多数のStakeholderマネジメントの経験 ピープルマネジメントを通じて、チームとチームメンバーの成長をけん引してきた経験 Job responsibility
