所属部署・チーム名 Technology Solutions Key Account Management – Business Lead 所属部署・チーム説明 •Key Account Management(KAM)は、ヘルスケア業界(主に医薬品メーカー)向けに用意しているコマーシャル・ソリューション(テクノロジー製品とサービス)のフォーキャスティングからプロモーション、提案・販売までを担当しています。 •クライアントフェーシング部門として常にビジネスの起点を担い、その後のビジネスリードを務めることから、テクノロジービジネス全体の流れを俯瞰・把握できることが魅力です。 •今回募集するグループ機能:Business Leadは、担当クライアントの攻略シナリオを立案し、案件創出およびクロージングを実施します。 •新生KAMチームとしてリスタートしてから3年目を迎え、新たな役割と組織文化を一緒に形成・定着を目指すメンバーを募集しております。 チームの雰囲気 これまでシニアなメンバーによる少数精鋭で運営してきましたが、2022年に新卒社員の受入れを行ない、常にチャレンジしていくムードができあがってきました。チャレンジ志向の高い方には、責任ある役割をお任せすることができます ポジションのやりがい / キャリアパス •ヘルスケア業界のリーディングカンパニーである IQVIAの一員として、自社ならびに戦略パートナー企業の優れたテクノロジー製品やサービスに触れ、クライアント/ヘルスケア産業の変革にかかわることができる。 •IQVIAテクノジー事業のリージョナル戦略にかかわることで、ヘルスケア業界の深い知見とキャリアを築くことができる。 •パフォーマンス次第ではグループリーダーのポジションを目指せるほか、提案活動を通じてTechnology Solutionsが扱う様々なテクノロジー製品やサービスのエキスパートを目指すこともできる。 業務内容 •ビジネス部門・IT部門の主要ステークホルダーとの関係構築および維持 •ソリューション・セールスあるいはビジネス・デベロップメント担当として、クライントの課題を収集し、定常的かつ定量的なセールスパイプラインを創出 •各製品およびサービスを主管するチームとのコラボレーションにより、クライアント状況に応じた最適なソリューショニングとクロージングを実施 役割への期待値 •IQVIAテクノロジー事業の代表として、Technology Solutions内・外の有識者との積極的なコラボレーション/リードに努め、クライアントの期待に応えられるバリュー・アクションを実施していただきたい。 •結果として、個人としてのパフォーマンスはもちろんだが、チャレンジ志向の高い組織文化を形成するコア人材になっていただきたい。 •何より 次世代のリーダーを目指し、これまでのIQVIAにはない自らの経験を活かした 新たなソリューションやサクセスモデルを作っていっていただきたい。
