求人内容 デジタルプロダクションにおいて、ヘルスケアクライアントに特化したチームでのデジタルプロデュース業務をご担当いただきます。 Web制作にとどまらず、デジタルを中心に据えたコミュニケーションのスペシャリストとして、クライアントおよび社内、社外のチームメンバーと連携をとり、プロジェクトをリードしていただきます。見込み案件や技術面でのコンサルテーションやクオリティーチェックも行います。 CMSを利用したウェブサイト構築/運用、各種デジタルプラットフォーム/ツールを利用したマーケティングコミュニケーションの担当者として、クライアントおよび社内/社外のチームメンバーと連携をとり、プロジェクトを推進していただきます。 ヘルスケア業界に特化したプラットフォーム/メディアに精通していればより望ましいです。プロフィットとキャッシュフローを把握した上で、相場に合ったリーズナブルなコストプランの立案、正確な進行管理を実行していきます。 資格 求めるスキル 1. マネージメント能力 デザイナーやエンジニアなどを含む制作チームのリード経験 クライアント窓口としての調整・交渉 2. デジタル戦略・コンサルテーション デジタルプラットフォームの種類や特性、各デジタルメディアの特性の理解 各ブランドに合わせた企画立案/提案 相場に合ったリーズナブルなコストプランの立案、正確な進行管理 Webテクノロジー、モバイル関連の知識 幅広い業種に対して、デジタルコミュニケーションの専門性をもったコンサルテーション経験 3. 実行力 相手の状況や立場を考えながら、公正に物事を判断し、相手に伝わるコミュニケーション、的確なディレクションができる リスクヘッジを視野に入れて行動ができ、トラブル発生時は解決することができる チームやベンダーの効率的／効果的なアロケーションを考えてプロジェクトを確実に進行できる クオリティーの向上、スキルアップを常に意識しながら、担当業務を、誠実に責任をもって最後までやり遂げられる 4 4. 業務経験 広告会社や広告制作会社での実務経験 デジタルコンテンツ/CRM施策の運用経験 5 語学力 5. 語学力 日本語 ： ネイティブレベル
