臨床開発計画および試験デザインの策定、ガバナンス、試験結果の解釈、および臨床パートの承認申請戦略と文書作成について責任を有する。 プロジェクトの継続的な成功を促進するため、国内のメディカル及び開発部門のメンバー、およびグローバルの医薬品開発チームとの連携が必要とされる 企業情報 * サイエンス志向のグローバルなバイオ・医薬品企業 * 重点領域： 主にオンコロジー、腎臓疾患、眼科疾患、 * 最新のテクノロジーや研究成果を活用し、新たな治療法や医薬品を開発しています。 職務内容 * 臨床試験レベル（又は、開発プロジェクトレベル）において、日本のプロジェクトチーム、早期開発チーム、メディカルおよびコマーシャル部門に対する臨床面のインプットに責任を負う。 * グローバルおよび国内の臨床開発に関わる各リーダーとパートナーとして連携する。 * 外部の専門家（規制当局、CRO、研究者など）との科学的交流を主導し、グローバルの臨床リーダーと緊密に連携して、日本の開発要件をグローバルの開発計画に反映する。 * 臨床開発計画を作成する。承認申請資料等（CTD、対面助言資料、規制当局への照会事項回答など）を作成する。 理想の人材 * 相当年以上の医薬品開発/臨床開発の経験 * オンコロジー、免疫、あるいは感染症の専門知識を有している 条件・待遇 * 働きがいのある職場 * 対面やオンラインのライブ研修の他にも、AIを利用した、自己学習を支援するオンラインの学習リソースがあります。 * 部門を横断したチーム編成を行うことはもちろん、プロジェクトに参加したい社員は、部門・国の枠を超えて、自由に立候補することができます。 * 多様性を尊重する企業文化のもと、だれもが自由に意見を発言し、また、日々成長していける仕組みづくりに力を注いでいます Page Group Japan
