グローバルな事業展開を行うデンマークが本社の世界トップクラスポンプメーカー ポンプの年間生産台数約1700万台、従業員数約2万人、世界60カ国で100を超える拠点を持つポンプメーカーとして、グローバルに事業を展開しています。それぞれの国 や地域に密着した活動により、高い評価を得ています。1986年に日本法人が設立 してから約40年、つねに最先端のポンプ技術を生み出し続け、今後もさらなる需要が見込まれています。 仕事内容 【水事業における新規ビジネス開拓の推進およびプロダクトマネジメント】◆英語を活かせる仕事 井戸・水道設備といった水事業の新たなビジネスになり得るポテンシャルを秘めた分野・顧客の開拓を中心にお任せします。開発マネージャーとして、既存ビジネス以外の新しいマーケットを探して、販売するまでの道筋をつけるのがあなたの役目です。それに付随して、新製品導入や既存製品販売継続のための管理も担当していただきます。 ▼具体的には ■ビジネスマネジメント領域 ・新規/未参入市場・顧客の調査、分析、開拓(上下水道局・処理場、ODA分野、ポンプメーカーへのOEM等)ビジネス開発 ・社内関係者との協力・調整 ・イベントや活動の立案実施 ・社内セールスエンジニアや販売ディーラー/業者との共同提案 ・SAP CRMによる業務管理 ほか ■プロダクトマネジメント領域 ・新製品導入の管理(導入計画立案、カタログ等必要文書の作成立案、工場・関連部署との協議・調整) ・既存製品販売継続・成長のための管理(カタログ等必要文書の管理および改定提案、在庫調整、国内サプライヤーとの折衝、価格管理・改定、技術的な問題への対策等) ・顧客・出荷製品の情報分析(SAP) ほか ≪英語を活かせる仕事です≫ 海外事業部のプロダクト開発チームや顧客開発チームとのやり取りもあります。そのため英語力は必要となりますが、意思の疎通ができれば問題ないので、高度なスキルは必要ありません。 ≪入社後の流れ≫ 事業部リーダーの下で、OJTで新規開拓における現状や仕事の流れ等を把握していただきます。一通り理解していただいたら、前職の経験やコネクションを活かした新規ビジネス開拓を推進してください。 職種 ビジネス開発マネージャー 雇用形態 正社員 給与 月給 460,000円 〜 ＋役職手当+交通費全額支給＋業績賞与 ※経験・スキル等を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇いたします。 勤務地
