■月輸送/月面開発のアーキテクチャ設計及び新規事業開拓 将来月面/月周回軌道への輸送、月面インフラ（電力・通信）開発、月周回衛星を活用したサービスといった各事業のアーキテクチャ設計、それを実現するためのロビーイング及び非宇宙企業を含む民間やアカデミアを巻き込んだミッション立ち上げといった一連の新規事業創出について一部若しくは全部を担当頂きます このポジションは東京本社を拠点として、概念的な事業計画ではなく、将来実現すべきハードウェア仕様を念頭におき、最終的には実サービスに結実させることを目標にしたミッション設計及びそれを実現するための推進活動を新規事業開拓のダイレクターに直属して推進頂きます。合わせてそれら事業をサステナブルに継続するための、宇宙機生産改善、保険戦略、ロケット戦略等についても一部を分担頂くことになります。 業務内容 以下の職務の中からご本人との調整のうえ分担頂きます ■月面/月周回における新規事業開拓 ・市場調査、企業分析 ・事業企画 ・ハードウェアアーキテクチャ検討 ・政府へのPR、ロビーイング ・企業/政府への企画提案、案件管理、定期報告 ・コンソーシアム組成 ・入札提案書/受注提案書作成 ・受注後のプロジェクト管理（ステークホルダーとの折衝を含む） ・受注後のプロジェクト技術検討（主に要求仕様策定、コンプライアンス確認、ベンダ要求仕様作成） ■既存事業を改善し新規事業を支えるサポート ・保険戦略 ・ロケット戦略（打上げ業者とのコミュニケーション含む） ・宇宙機生産体制改善（主に政府連携、企業連携の観点） 経験・スキル ＜必須＞ ■全般 ・工学学士以上 ・航空宇宙においてプログラムマネジメント、設計開発（分野は問わない）若しくは事業企画として5年以上の実務経験 ・宇宙機、宇宙環境に対する理解 ・複数のステークホルダー（民間他企業、社内関連部署、政府・公的機関）との調整経験を有すること ・製品/サービスの提案活動、受注戦略、契約獲得に関する実務経験 ・エンジニアリングチームや営業チームと密接に協力し、多分野にまたがる環境で活躍できること。 ・日本語ネイティブ、日常会話レベルの英語能力（英語でのコミュニケーションに尻込みしない気持ちあれば問いません） ■求める人物像 ・宇宙産業や月面開発への興味関心が強い方 ・業務の効率化などの業務改善に積極的に取り組める or 強みをお持ちの方 ・複雑な事象もロジカルかつ簡潔に分かりやすく説明できる方 ＜歓迎＞
