■ 募集背景 Mujinは、独自のフィジカルAI技術を基盤に、製造・物流の現場を変革するロボットソフトウェアを開発・提供しています。 トヨタグループや花王株式会社をはじめとする企業への累計2,000台以上のロボット導入実績を持ち、イオン株式会社との戦略的パートナーシップや、アクセンチュアとのジョイントベンチャー設立などを通じて、事業は急速に拡大しています。 一方で、私たちが扱うのはロボティクス、AI、物流自動化、工場自動化など、専門性の高い技術領域です。 優れた技術を届けるだけではなく、 「その価値をどう伝えるか」 が事業成長を左右する重要なテーマになっています。 そこで今回、展示会・イベント、導入事例、動画、Web、営業資料、メール、CRM施策などを横断し、Mujinらしい価値を伝えるための方法を企画・設計・制作しながら、事業成長につなげるマーケティングコミュニケーション・ディレクターを募集します。 ■ ミッション Mujinを、産業の未来を動かす日本発のテクノロジーブランドとして確立する。 単発のコンテンツやイベントをつくるのではなく、事業戦略や顧客課題から逆算して、 ・Mujinが市場にどのような存在として認識されるべきか ・どの顧客に、どの価値を、どのような物語として届けるか ・技術・導入事例・プロダクトを、どのような言葉やビジュアル、体験に変換するか ・展示会、イベント、Web、動画、営業資料、CRMをどうつなぎ、顧客の理解と検討を前に進めるか を考え、企画から制作、展開、改善までをリードしていただきます。 業務内容 ① コンテンツ企画・クリエイティブディレクション 技術の魅力をわかりやすく伝えるための各種コンテンツ企画・制作を行います。 ・Webコンテンツ企画・制作 ・カタログ・販促物企画・制作 ・動画コンテンツ企画・制作 ・3DCGコンテンツ企画・制作 ・SNSコンテンツ企画・制作 ・ブランドガイドライン運用 ※企画や制作ディレクションに加え、必要に応じてコピーライティング、構成案作成、企画書作成、簡易なクリエイティブ制作など、自ら手を動かしてアウトプットを前に進めることも期待します。 ② リアルプロモーション（展示会・イベントPM） 国内外展示会、自社イベント、プライベートショーなどの企画・運営を推進いただきます。 ・出展戦略・予算策定 ・ブースコンセプト企画 ・展示コンテンツ企画 ・制作会社・施工会社の選定およびマネジメント ・社内営業・技術チームとの連携 ・リード獲得・分析・振り返り
