NTT西日本様を中心にご担当いただくAccount Salesを募集しています。 ネットワーキング、セキュリティ、AI／データセンター、ソフトウェアおよびサービスなど、Ciscoが持つ幅広い製品・ソリューションを活用し、お客様の経営課題の解決やビジネス変革、新たなサービスの創出を支援する営業活動を担っていただきます。 SE部門をはじめ、プロダクトスペシャリスト、カスタマーサクセス、サービス部門、技術サポート部門、米国本社の開発部門などと連携しながら、お客様にとって最適な提案の策定から導入後のビジネス拡大までをリードしていただきます。 業務内容 当社のサービスプロバイダー向けアカウントチームの一員として、NTT西日本様を中心とした営業活動をご担当いただきます。 案件によっては、NTT持株会社様、NTT研究所様、NTT東日本様およびそのグループ会社も担当対象となります。 お客様の中長期的なビジョンや事業戦略への理解を深め、Ciscoの幅広いソリューションを組み合わせることで、インフラストラクチャの高度化、デジタルサービスの開発、そしてビジネス変革を支援していただきます。 具体的な業務は以下のとおりです。 アカウントマネージャーとして、サービスプロバイダーのお客様へのハイタッチセールスを担当 お客様の事業戦略や課題を踏まえ、中長期的なアカウントプランを立案・実行 お客様の経営課題、ビジネスニーズ、技術要件をヒアリング・整理し、提案活動をリード ネットワーキング、AI／データセンター、セキュリティ、ソフトウェア、サービスを組み合わせた複合的なソリューションを提案 経営層や主要ステークホルダーとの関係構築、および継続的なエンゲージメント 複数年にわたる大規模案件や複雑な契約における商談・交渉をリード SE、プロダクトスペシャリスト、カスタマーサクセス、サービス部門など、社内のクロスファンクショナルチームと連携 商談に応じて、米国本社、製品開発部門および国内関連部門と調整 お客様やパートナー様からの見積もり依頼、提案依頼、各種お問い合わせへの対応をリード 商談パイプライン、売上予測およびアカウント状況を管理・報告 お客様や市場から得たニーズを社内の製品管理・開発部門へ共有し、将来の製品・サービス開発に向けた提言を実施 必須となる経験とスキル ハイタッチ・アカウントマネージャーまたは法人営業としての実務経験 大規模かつ複雑な法人顧客を担当し、アカウント戦略を立案・実行した経験 複雑なB2Bソリューション営業における10年以上の経験 ネットワーク、データセンター、クラウド、ソフトウェアなど、ITインフラストラクチャに関する基礎知識 お客様の事業課題を理解し、複数の製品・サービスを組み合わせた提案を行う力 売上目標の達成に向けて、戦略的かつ主体的に行動できる方 複雑な契約や複数年にわたる商談を推進できる高い交渉力 経営層を含むお客様のステークホルダーと信頼関係を築ける方 大規模なクロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、ビジネスを推進した経験 個人の成果だけでなく、チーム全体の成功を重視して行動できる方 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力 ビジネスレベルの英語力 学士号、またはそれに相当する実務経験 望ましい経験とスキル 通信業界またはサービスプロバイダー業界における営業経験
