JOB SUMMARY ホテルの売上目標（トップライン収益）の達成に向けて、担当ホテルのあらゆるビジネスセグメントに対し積極的な営業活動を行い、新規案件の獲得を推進します。これには、中小企業アカウントからの新規ビジネス開拓、新規顧客の発掘、新たなターゲット市場の特定、過去の見込み顧客への再アプローチが含まれます。 また、担当ホテルのBT（Business Transient: 出張・法人宿泊）市場における料金戦略に重点を置きます。担当ホテルにおいては、館内営業活動（Internal Mining）の調整および実行を通じてホテルを支援します。 ホテルのリーダーシップチームと連携し、市場競争力を維持するための営業戦略の策定・実施を支援します。また、営業活動を通じて新規ビジネスを創出するとともに、競合他社の最新情報をリアルタイムで共有し、競争優位性の確保に貢献します。 レポートラインはプロパティ・セールス・リーダー（ASL または DOS/DOSM）となり、ホテル総支配人（General Manager）と密接に連携しながら、主に営業活動を中心とした業務を担当します。 必要に応じて、ローカルセールスチームおよび米国アカウントセールス／GSO（Global Sales Organization）チームと協力し、重点ターゲットアカウントからの売上拡大を推進します。さらに、担当市場における特別法人契約（Special Corporate Business）の最大化にも取り組みます。 Drives revenue to achieve Hotel’s topline goals for each of their represented hotels by proactively soliciting all business segments;
