＜募集背景＞ 自動運転や電動化の普及スピードが年々増加していく中、これまで以上に車両空気抵抗の低減や、熱性能および、それらを両立させる技術が求められています。そのためには、CAEのような車両の試作を必要としない効率的な技術開発や、そのデータ量を活用したメカニズム解明が必要であり、これまで以上に難易度の高いCAEにスピード感をもってチャレンジしてくれる人財が必要です。 ＜組織構成＞ 空気流・熱CAE技術開発グループ 今回配属を想定しているチームです。主にCAEの精度向上や適用範囲の拡大に向けた技術開発を行っています。 CAEには構造解析や熱・流体解析など様々な領域で活用されていますが、当部門では熱・流体領域のCAE（＝CFD）を担当しています。 ＜本ポストのミッション＞ 当チームが担当する空力、風音、熱、流体は車両性能に非常に大きな影響を与えます。 例）ボディーが受ける風から発生する抵抗や風音、冠水路での水の跳ね上がりによる吸気への水入りやパーツへのダメージ、パワートレインの熱信頼性、ブレーキ冷却、積雪地域での塩害影響 等 今回はその中で空力、風音領域での業務を中心に担っていただける方を募集します。 車両開発への影響が大きいからこそ、開発初期から量産準備までの各開発フェーズでCAEを用いた検証を行い、製品スペックの決定や構造コンセプトの検討をします。 特に空力領域は車両のフォルムに関わるため、スタイリングのフェーズから参画します。 CAE解析は万能ではないため、車両開発チームが実際の車両を用いた物理テストを行った際に想定していた結果にならないことがあります。 その際に問題の要因分析（どの部品・環境が影響したかなど）を行った上で、QCDの観点から課題解決を行い、最終的には標準化に落とし込むことをミッションとしています。 ＜職務詳細＞ ■空力・熱流体CAEの技術開発 • 予測精度の改善、適用範囲の拡大、業務の効率化 • 空力・熱流体CAE実行と評価、設計へのフィードバック • 空力性能や他性能との両立を検討する最適化CAEの開発・実行 ■CAEや設計を効率化するデータサイエンスツールの開発 関わる部署・パートナー • 協力会社（国内、ベトナム、インド） • 性能部署（国内、欧州） • 実験部署（国内） • ソフトウェアベンダー（国内外）との課題解決 • 大学や研究機関との産学連携 モデルの構築やCAEの実行におけるオペレーション業務は協力会社の方に対応いただくことが多く、メイン業務としては予測精度を向上させるための要因分析や適用拡大における課題解決を導き出す検討・検証を行っています。要因分析のために物理実験の映像や、実際の部品、各部品や車両の設計情報などをよく観察し、物理事象とモデルで行うシミュレーションの差分をいかに小さくできるか検討・試算していきます。
