採用情報 APAC（アジア太平洋）地域のTrade Complianceチームの一員として、日本における貿易コンプライアンスを中心に担当いただくトレードコンプライアンススペシャリストを募集しています。本ポジションでは、日常的な輸出入業務のサポートに加え、貿易コンプライアンスガバナンスの強化、ならびに米国、欧州、中国をはじめとする海外拠点との連携や各種プロジェクトへ参画いただきます。 責任 輸出入通関業務を管理し、通関業者に対して明確かつ適切な指示を行う。 輸出入要件および業務プロセスに関する社内関係者からの問い合わせに対応する。 製品のHSコード採番を行い、必要に応じて税関当局と協議する。 マニュアルでの指示に基づいたシステム外での輸出手配を実施する。 経済連携協定および自由貿易協定（EPA/FTA）に基づく原産性判定業務を行う。 原産地証明書を発行し、関連書類を管理する。 日本の外国為替及び外国貿易法（外為法）、米国輸出管理規則（EAR）、その他各国法規制に準拠する安全保障輸出管理を実施する。 該非判定および取引審査を実施する。 HSコードや該非判定結果など、必要なデータを貿易管理システムへ入力し、維持管理する。 税関事後調査および外部監査への対応を行う。 輸出入実績台帳を記録し、関連する証憑・文書を管理する。 法規制改正の影響を評価し、適切な内部統制プロセスの構築を支援する。 輸出入に関するコンプライアンス上の問題を管理し、是正措置を推進する。 海外拠点と連携し、グローバルな視点で業務改善を特定・推進・実行する。 派遣社員および業務委託先に対して、業務指示、管理、教育を行う。 必要に応じて、社内向けの貿易コンプライアンス教育を実施する。 必要資格 日本語：ネイティブレベル。 英語：ビジネスレベル。メールや会議を含め、日常業務で英語を支障なく使用できること。 STC Associate資格保有。 HSコード採番の実務経験。 統括管理やプロジェクトを自ら主体的にリード・管理した経験。 社内外の関係者と良好な関係を構築できる高いコミュニケーション能力。 事業会社における貿易管理業務経験5年以上。 事業会社におけるHSコード採番経験5年以上。 尚可資格 STC Associate Advanced資格保有。 通関士資格保有。 SAP S/4HANA、SAP TM、SAP
