勤務地 千葉 千葉県柏市・柏の葉付近の病院事務所にて業務を行う フラットアイアンヘルス株式会社は、F. ホフマン・ラ・ロシュの独立子会社であり、2020年に東京に日本オフィスを設立しました。 当社は、「より良く長い人生のために、がんと共に生きる一人ひとりの経験から学ぶ」というミッションに基づき、世界中のがんと共に生きる人々に、より良い医療を提供するため、日々がん研究の変革に取り組んでいるヘルステック企業です。 当社は、米国、欧州、アジアのがん専門病院や医療機関とパートナーシップを結び、電子カルテの患者情報から個人を特定できる詳細データを削除した上で集積し、高品質なリアルワールドエビデンス（RWE）を作成しています。がんと共に生きる人々の経験をリアルワールドエビデンスに変換し、研究者がこれまで答えを出せなかった研究課題に答えるためのデータセットを作成することで、エビデンスのギャップを埋めるお手伝いをしています。 業務内容 担当医師と連携し、患者の診療情報をリアルワールドデータに利用することに関する患者の同意取得業務をサポートしていただきます。 同意を得た患者の診療情報を病院システム（電子カルテ）などから抽出し、データ処理システムに保存するとともに、画面操作によるデータ処理を行っていただきます。 研究コーディネーターの業務内容は以下の通りです。: 患者同意取得サポート業務 担当医師と連携し、対象患者リストの作成 同意文書の院内掲示 患者説明文書の説明および同意取得の補助 患者が署名済みの同意文書のスキャン・保管・システム入力 同意状況のシステム登録および同意取得関係者への報告 データ処理におけるサポート業務 同意済み患者の文書のダウンロード・システム登録 患者文書上の氏名などの削除処理・保管・データ送信 応募資格 親切で熱心、協力的であり、問題解決に積極的に取り組む方を求めています。また、現状にとらわれず、より良い方法を考えることを大切にする方を求めています。 さらに、以下の経験やスキルをお持ちの方を歓迎します。 医療機関（病院・クリニックなど）において、患者と接する業務の経験が1年以上あること Windowsパソコン（Webブラウザなど）の基本操作ができること MS Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）を自在に扱えること 募集要項 雇用形態：契約社員（1年間、更新の可能性あり） 勤務時間：8:30～17:30 勤務地：千葉県柏市柏の葉付近の病院施設 給与：年俸制 400万円～600万円（経験や能力を考慮して決定します） 諸手当：交通費支給 休日・休暇： 完全週休2日制（土日休み） 祝日
