本ポジションは、アマゾンジャパンの日本全国に20拠点以上あるFulfillment Center（FC）ネットワーク全体のビジネスプランニング（BPT）またはBI Program（BIPM）を担当するProgram Managerのポジションです。BPTおよびBIPMチームはFC組織全体の経営企画室として機能しています。BPTが戦略・コスト・3PL管理を主導し、BIPMがデータ基盤・AI活用で全組織を支援する体制で、両チームが密接に連携しながらFC組織全体の最適化を実現しています。短期から長期まで幅広い業務を担当し、日々改善を重ねることで、豊富な品揃え・十分な在庫量・迅速な配送スピードをお客様にお届けします。数千人規模のセンターにおける事業計画の策定に関わるため、金額的なインパクトが大きく、会社全体に与える影響が大きな仕事です。 ■チームアサインについて 本ポジションでは、選考プロセスにおいてご本人の経験・スキル・適性を総合的に評価し、BPTまたはBIPMのいずれかのチームにアサインいたします。戦略策定・コスト管理・外部業者との調整力に強みがあり、ビジネスプランニングやステークホルダーマネジメントへの志向性が高い方はBPTに所属していただきます。一方、データ分析・技術活用・ソリューション構築に強みがあり、データエンジニアリングやAI・自動化への関心が高い方はBIPMに所属いただきます。両チームは密接に連携しながら、FC組織全体の年間目標達成という共通ゴールを目指しています。 ■本ポジションの魅力 - 非常に速いスピードで業務が展開され、日々多くの変化がある環境で成長できます - 数千人規模のセンターにおける事業計画の策定に関わるため、会社全体に与える影響が大きな仕事です - データドリブンな組織で、ビッグデータを長期に渡ってビジネスに有効に活用する手法を学べます - AI・自動化の最前線で、FC組織全体に影響を与えるプロジェクトを推進できます - 多様なバックグラウンド・スキルを持つエンジニアやビジネススペシャリストと共にプロジェクトを推進します ■活躍していただける方の人物像 - 課題の本質を見極め、問題の根本原因を特定し、本質的な対策を考え、実行することができる方 - 複数のステークホルダーと協力しながら、組織横断的にプロジェクトを推進できる方 - 変化の速い環境で、高い目標を設定し、スピード感を持って実行できる方 - プロアクティブにリスクを特定し、データに基づいた意思決定と改善アクションを推進できる方 - 新しいテクノロジーやアプローチに対する強い関心と学習意欲を持つ方 ■勤務条件 - フレックスタイム制 ※標準労働時間8時間/日 - アマゾンジャパン目黒本社（HND11、HND17）での勤務 - 業務の性質上、国内複数拠点への出張が発生する場合があります。
