職務概要 ERMでは、建設プロジェクトにおける安全衛生環境（Construction Safety / HSE）コンサルティング業務をリードできるコンサルタントを募集しています。本ポジションでは、国内外のクライアントに対し、建設現場における安全管理体制の構築、リスク評価、安全監査、安全文化の向上支援などを提供し、プロジェクトの安全かつ効率的な遂行を支援します。 Why This Role Matters ERMで安全な建設プロジェクトの実現をリードする データセンター、半導体、製造業、インフラ、再生可能エネルギーなどの大規模建設プロジェクトでは、安全衛生環境（HSE）がプロジェクトの成功を左右する重要な要素となっています。建設プロジェクトの高度化・複雑化が進む中、クライアントは法令遵守のみならず、より高度なリスク管理や安全文化の定着を求められています。 本ポジションは、安全監査、リスクアセスメント、安全管理体制の構築、安全文化の醸成を通じて、クライアントの安全で効率的なプロジェクト遂行を支援する役割を担います。 また、人命・資産・企業価値を守るための戦略的な安全マネジメントを推進し、より安全で持続可能な建設プロジェクトの実現に貢献します。 What Your Impact Is Managing Consultantとして、国内外のクライアントに対するConstruction Safety / HSEプロジェクトをリードし、建設現場における安全リスクの低減と安全パフォーマンスの向上を実現します。 安全監査、リスク評価、安全文化向上施策の推進を通じて、クライアントのプロジェクト成功に貢献するとともに、若手コンサルタントの育成やチーム運営を通じてERMのSafety & Riskチームの成長を支援します。 また、国内外のERM専門家と連携しながら複雑なプロジェクト課題に対応し、クライアントに長期的な価値を提供します。 主な業務内容 建設プロジェクトにおける労働安全衛生・環境（HSE）支援 安全監査（Safety Audit）および現場安全パトロールの実施 リスクアセスメントおよびハザード分析の実施 安全管理計画、安全手順書、安全基準の策定支援 元請会社、施工会社、協力会社との安全会議への参加 安全KPIのモニタリングおよび改善提案 事故・災害発生時の原因分析および再発防止策の策定支援 安全教育・トレーニングの企画および実施 クライアント向けレポート作成およびプレゼンテーション 若手コンサルタントへの指導・レビュー 複数案件のプロジェクトマネジメント支援 応募要件
