NISADEは、自社が建てた建物から様々なコンドミニアムホテルと別荘の管理運営業務を手掛けています。 この度、ひらふ、ルスツ、富良野の冬期夜勤フロントスタッフを募集いたします。 夜勤フロントスタッフは、午後10時から翌日の午前7時までフロントデスク業務を務めます。勤務時間内の主な業務内容は、ゲストのチェックイン・チェックアウトや登録業務、客室の予約管理や支払い精算、精算報告書の作成などを行います。また、ホテルマネージャーやデューティーマネージャーからの緊急連絡にも対応し、ゲストからの苦情やサービスのリクエストなども担当します。 主な業務 ゲストの到着時のチェックイン業務、滞在して頂く際に必要な情報を提供 チェックインおよびチェックアウトのシステムを理解そ実務業務 営業時間外のゲストの苦情、リクエスト、緊急事態への対応 客室料金やその他、ゲストへのチャージをゲストアカウントに記入 レシートの照合やシステム上でのルームチャージ、一日の売り上げの等の再確認業務 ゲストの医療緊急事態、施設の警報発生など、夜間の緊急事態への対処 スーパーバイザーによって割り当てられたその他の業務 Job Summary: NISADE is engaged in the management and operation of various condominium hotels and
