Job Description 【仕事内容】 ・労働安全衛生にかかる従業員の安全と健康を守り継続的な改善を図る ・環境・安全衛生・防災に関連する法令及びその他の要求を管理する ・グローバルと連携し自社独自のEHSマネジメントシステムを構築及び運用する 【仕事の魅力】 ・組織の安全環境を整え職場環境を改善することで、ビジネスの後押しができます。 ・労働安全衛生と環境保全を一体とした運営を介して企業価値向上に貢献できます。 ・グローバルに通用する安全文化を確立し、日本サイトを牽引することができます。 ・自らが携わった・構築した安全衛生システムで社員の安全を守っているというやりがいを感じられます。 ・本業務を経験することで、国内において希少な安全衛生分野のエキスパートとしてスキルアップできます。 【具体的な仕事内容】 ・安全衛生委員会及び危機管理委員会事務局的活動 ・定期的な職場巡視 ・EHS ニュースレターの発行 ・EHS グローバル チームへのレポート作成 ・EHSに関する年間目標及び指標モニタリング ・EHS グローバル ミーティングへの参加及びチームとのメールでのやり取り ・消防法に関わる必要事項対応・管理 ・緊急対応計画の維持管理 ・災害用備蓄品の管理 ・EHSに関わる法的規制や許可の取りまとめ ・EHSに関わる法的規制等に関わる文書の維持管理 ・EHS内部監査実施及び外部監査対応 ・新製品導入時のEHS関連法規対応 ・(化学物質管理含む)リスクアセスメントプロセスの運用管理 ・危険有害性物質管理及び周知基準システムの改善及び運用 ・バイオセーフティに関する規程の運用管理 ・産業廃棄物管理システムの改善及び運用 ・個人用保護具使用プログラムの改善及び運用 ・作業環境測定の実施サポート ・特殊健康診断受診状況把握及び受診サポート ・SDGsに関わるデータ収集及びグローバルへのレポート 【必須（MUST）】 ・安全衛生管理業務に従事したことがあること ・安全衛生および化学物質に関する日本の規制あるいは法律の知識 ・英語レベル： 600点以上 【歓迎（WANT）】
