General Summary / 職務 概要 V CJ 基本戦略に基づき, 上長 と合意した上で 顧客戦略の立案,実行,フォローアップを行う。 顧客戦略に基づく,担当顧客の戦術の立案,実行を行う。 社内他部門と積極的に連携し,顧客に対して企業対企業の最大価値の提供を実現する為にリーダーシップを発揮する。 担当顧客に関して,FSと積極的に情報を交換し,店舗レベルに至るまで状況把握•戦略の実行•効果測定のサイクルをリードする。 上長および会社のマネジメントを巻き込みながら,取引先マネジメント及びキーパーソンと良好なビジネス関係を構築,維持する。 市場•チャネル•顧客状況を常に正確に把握し,タイムリーに上長に報告する。 Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責 売上目標の達成 顧客毎の売上目標を達成させ,売上目標 ( NtS) を達成する。 売上目標達成のため,上長のサポートを得ながら,顧客に対する拡販戦略を立案,実行,フォローアップする。 顧客対応 顧客の各部門と直接関係を築き,維持する。 顧客ビジネスの状況を洞察し,課題•機会に合った戦略を提案•交渉•合意する。 Planning部門に顧客の課題•機会を共有し,効果的な戦略•戦術立案と実施を協働する。 上長の承認を得た上で,顧客に対する拡販支援を提案•交渉•管理する。 VCJが提供する製品やサービスに対する問題や苦情を本部レベルで解決する。必要に応じて,上長へのリスクコールを行う。 マネジメント 売上目標のみならず,予算,主要施策の進捗を正確に管理する。 顧客毎の目標管理(立案•提案•合意•実践)について,常にそのプロセスの向上を図り,実践する。
