◆業務内容 アクセンチュアのコンサルタントやエンジニアと協業しながら、ビジネス成長や現場の業務改革の実現に向けてテクノロジーの活用すに向けた戦略プランを策定のうえ、お客様と合意形成しながら実現させる役割を担っていただくポジションです。 生成AIなどの新しいテクノロジーが勃興している中で、テクノロジーの活用はIT部門に任せておけば良い事柄ではなく、ビジネス目標を達成するために戦略的に検討すべき事柄になってきました。特にフロント領域においてはその傾向は顕著であり、ビジネス成長の責任を持つCXO、事業責任者クラスからは以下のような問いを投げかけられます。 ・日々進化するテクノロジーを、ビジネス成長や日々のマーケティング業務にどう活かせるの？ (マーケター) ・自社の商品やビジネスモデルの将来を見たときにこのプラットフォームを使い続けるのが正解なのか？(企画担当役員) ・生活者に真にパーソナライズしたサービスを届けるにはどうしたら良いか？(CEO) こうした問いに答えるため、ビジネスとフロントテクノロジー両面の知見を持つハイブリッド人材として活躍いただきます。 ・提案活動 -達成すべきビジネス目標を起点に、それを実現するためのテクノロジーの戦略を描く -お客様の業務やエンドユーザーや生活者の体験向上を果たすことが出来る提案内容を策定 ・業務要件定義、システム要件定義 -CXOが実現したいビジネス目標をゴールとしながら、後段に控えるシステム構築も視野に入れた業務要件の定義 -業務要件からシステム要件への落とし込み (主にフロントテクノロジー領域) ◆応募要件 ・カスタマー領域や周辺領域のテクノロジーやソリューションに精通している ・日々大きく進化するテクノロジーの知見を常にキャッチアップしている ・そしてテクノロジーをビジネスの言葉で語り、お客様の成長アジェンダに繋げられる 加えて、それぞれポジションに応じて必要な要件は以下の通り。 ＜カスタマーテックアドバイザリーコンサルタント＞ ・「業務内容」に記載のある役割を担うことで、お客様の要望を実現し、その先にいる生活者に価値ある体験を提供することにモチベーションを感じられる方 ・以下のいずれかの経験を7年以上有する方 －Salesforce, Adobe等のSaaSで複数領域のプリセールスを経験していて、かつ企業向けのコンサルティング経験がある方 －B2C向けテクノロジーコンサルティングの経験がある方 ・テクノロジーに関する知見があること ＜カスタマーテック戦略コンサルタント＞ -「業務内容」に記載のある役割を担うことで、お客様の要望を実現し、その先にいる生活者に価値ある体験を提供することにモチベーションを感じられる方 -以下のいずれかの経験を5年以上有する方 －戦略コンサルティングファーム出身、かつ前職でSI経験がある －戦略コンサルティングファーム出身、かつ現職でテクノロジーコンサルの経験がある ◆歓迎要件 ＜カスタマーテックアドバイザリーコンサルタント＞ ・フロント領域に関する業務要件定義、システム要件定義の経験 ・Salesforce関連製品(Commerce Cloud,Marketing Cloud,Service Cloudなど)の導入・運用の経験 ・Adobe(Experience Manager,Campaign,
