求人内容 Renesasの技術部門、オペレーション部門等に対するFP&A業務。 予算編成、見通し予測、中長期計画を含む開発費、その他費用及び投資、財務計画プロセスを管理する。 投資や人員計画を含む部門経費（直接経費）の計画とその管理を、会社業績に連動し重点的に行う。 FP&A部門の幹部及び関係者、支援部門の幹部及び関係者、その他のステークホルダーに対し、正確かつタイムリーな業績報告、分析、及び助言を提供する。 業務は大きく、年次、月次、ad-hocに分かれ、年次は予算編成が主軸となり、月次は実績及び見通しの管理が主軸となる。ad-hoc業務としては、各種プロジェクトへの財務情報分析、提供を行う。 資格 ・FP&A業務、管理会計業務、事業計画業務、営業計画業務等で、費用予算管理の経験 ・ビジネスレベルの英会話力(TOEIC700点相当) ・Oracle EPM Cloud使用経験 その他の情報 2024年1月に発足したEnterprise Foundationsを支えるFP&A人材募集。Enterprise Foundationsには、ルネサスの共通R&D戦略をリードするENGグループ、ルネサスのSoftware＆Digitalization戦略をリードするSW&Dグループ、ルネサスの生産・Operation戦略をリードするOPSグループ、その他様々な直轄組織があります。我々のFP&Aチームは現在20人強のグローバルなメンバーで構成されており、これら組織のFP&A業務を担っています。今後は新組織体制になって尚一層変化が加速されることが予想されるため、FP&Aの仕事に興味のある人材を募集しています。我々FP&Aチームの一員として、また、Enterprise Foundationsのグローバルパートナーとして、FP&Aの仕事を通じ、一緒に2030のAspiration実現に貢献しませんか。合言葉は、3Cs - Change!, Challenge!
